Fish & Wildlife

The importation of living wildlife and / or the importation of parts of wildlife and animals such as hides, skin, horns, bones, shells, and such are subject to import regulations promulgated by the U.S. Government and administered by the United States Fish & Wildlife Agency.

Importers and individuals attempting to import wildlife animals or parts without proper permits, licenses and declarations may be subject to sever civil penalties.  The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Agencies Home page provides importers with significant information and we ask that should you plan to trade in wildlife or animal parts that you first visit their website.

Also, please keep in mind that “inspection fees” if required and as promulgated by law must be tendered to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Agency before the goods will be issued a importation release.
