Section 338 Tariffs on Certain Canadian Goods Now In Effect
Beginning at 12:01 a.m. EDT on Saturday, August 22 (that’s at 9:01 p.m. PDT on Friday, August 21 here on the west coast), the Section 338 Tariffs on certain goods of Canadian Origin went into effect.
