The 2016 Biennial Registration Renewal Period begins Saturday, October 1, 2016 and ends on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 11:59 PM. COTTON FEE – Rate Lowered and De Minimis rule eliminated

Release: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration today issued a revised draft guidance to improve dietary supplement companies’ new dietary ingredient (NDI) premarket safety notifications to the agency. ACE – FDA Interface Mandatory

Lacey Act – Mandatory in ACE
